What we do : Provide good, healthy products that environmentally and economically benefit everyone involved.

How we do it: Use high quality materials, locally sourced and/or fairly traded and skillfully prepared.

Beans: Dark City (roasted in Toronto)

Ice Cream: Metropolitan (Toronto) and Maypole (Toronto)

Cones: Donsig (Waterloo)

Chocolate: ChocoSol (Toronto, Oaxaca Mexico - direct trade and cool people)

Equipment: Saeco (ok, Italy, but via Toronto)

Baked Goods: Wanda's Pie in the Sky (Toronto), The Maids Cottage (Newmarket)

Honey: Pioneer Honey & Nuts (Schomberg)

Fruits/Vegetables: Highway 9 Market (Schomberg - seasonal)

Flavours: CE Organics To You (British Columbia, via Toronto)

Community: We believe in supporting both the producing and local communities.

Our beans are Arabica, shade grown, migratory bird friendly, roasted less than a week ago and certified organic (Dark City).

Our beans are fair trade (Transfair verified Dark City).

Our cups, containers, and straws are completely bio-degradable (sadly with the exception of the coffee cup lids - the bio-degradable ones leaked so we're still working on it)
"A Toronto-based environmental consultant and supplier of green products has teamed up with a Memphis-based Center for the Blind, to produce the first truly biodegradable hot drinking cup.".

Our cleaning products are eco-friendly. (http://www.greenshift.ca/greenshift_products.html)

Locally grown supplies are used when possible and our menu is flexible to reflect this.

Wall/floor space is available to local artists on a rotating basis.
